There are several advantages to doing this: You can pre-populate your Office 365 directory with external users, such as by using Azure Active Directory B2B collaboration or by adding users manually and changing the user type to Guest. You can pre-populate your Office 365 directory with the users with whom you want to share the site, or you can send sharing invitations to users directly from your Project Web App site. There are two options for sharing your Project Web App site in Project Online. (To find the external users in your user list, look for users with #EXT# in the user name.) If you do not see this feature, it is because you are on older version of CDS. A conversation can only be stored in one channel. If a Project is pinned to multiple channels, a conversation associated to a task will remain stored in the channel where the conversation was initiated. If a channel is deleted, all conversations associated to that task and channel are also deleted. Users can view the conversation within the Project Teams app and within the “Posts” tab of the channel. The conversation associated to a task is stored in the Teams channel where the conversation was initiated. Users can start, respond, and view Teams conversations for tasks only within the Project Teams app. Here are a few things to keep in mind when using this feature:Įach task can only have one conversation associated with it.
